Age: 6 and up

Class time: 55 minutes

This class offers children a gymnastics curriculum from beginning to advanced gymnastics in a progressive method. Children will follow a curriculum incorporating hand-eye coordination skills, along with simple basic gymnastics skills like balancing, rolling, climbing, jumping, skipping, running, etc. Students will be introduced to exciting fundamental gymnastics skills on all events and apparatuses, such as handstands and cartwheels.
