Pricing:

Pricing is based on the number of children that attend your party. Our base price for Birthday Parties is $350 for 12 children.

If you would like to invite more guests, we will include an additional charge of $20 for each child up to a maximum total of 18 children.

Additionally, no children under the age of 2.5 will be allowed on the gym floor.

 

We count the children the day of the party, so you only pay for those that come. We include the birthday child in that number.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party time slot. Balance is due the day of the party by cash or credit card only. We are unable to accept checks.

Party Attire:

We want all participants to enjoy every aspect of your party at Liberty Gymnastics! We recommend children wear t-shirts, shorts, sweatpants, leggings, leotards, and similar active clothing for sports. Please have long hair braided or tied back in a pony tail. Socks and jewelry (earrings, bracelets, etc.) must be removed before using the equipment, and we do not recommend tights that cover the feet. Jeans, belts, buckles, zippers, and any clothing with sharp edges is unsafe in a gym environment and cannot be allowed on our equipment.

Details:

Liberty Gymnastics Fun Leaders will help ensure your guests have an awesome, safe, and enjoyable party experience on our gym floor - complete with music, games, and special birthday fun! After playing on our gym floor, birthday party attendees will proceed to the party area in the mezzanine where they can finish celebrating your child's special day. We leave the decorations and food up to you, so you can tailor the party just right for your special birthday child. A refrigerator and freezer are available to keep food cold. Please Note: No alcohol allowed.

 

Our parties book quickly so we recommend that you reserve your party at least one to two months in advance.

On the day of your party, we recommend you arrive 15 minutes early to set up your party area and greet guests as they arrive.

All participants must sign a waiver before entering the gym area. Guests can choose to sign the waiver at our Welcome Center or download and print out a copy of our waiver at home to bring with you as you arrive. Liberty Gymnastics Waiver
