MARCH 19, 2020. Executive Order by State of California. "All individuals are ordered to stay home or at their place of residence except as needed to maintain continuity of operations of the federal critical infrastructure sectors."

MARCH 18, 2020. Liberty Gymnastics emails staff notifying them Liberty "must temporarily lay off all our employees with the intent of re-hiring after the gym re-opens."

MARCH 16, 2020. Liberty Gymnastics emails all staff and customers notifying them that from "March 17 through April 7, Liberty Gymnastics will close for all classes, practices, and events - recreational, preschool, team, birthday parties" due to Contra Costa County's Shelter in Place Order.

MARCH 16, 2020. Contra Costa County Shelter in Place Order. Liberty Gymnastics closes ALL onsite operation beginning March 17, 2020 per the order. Key sections of the order pertaining to us include:

Item #2 - "All individuals currently living within the County are ordered to shelter at their place of residence... All persons may leave their residences only for Essential Activities, Essential Governmental Functions, or to operate Essential Businesses, all as defined in Section 10."

Item #3 - "All businesses with a facility in the County, except Essential Businesses, as defined below in Section 10, are required to cease all activities at facilities located within the County except Minimum Basic Operations, as defined in Section 10. For clarity, businesses may also continue operations consisting exclusively of employees or contractors performing activities at their own residence (i.e. working from home)."

Item #4 - "All public and private gatherings of any number of people occurring outside a household or living unit are prohibited, except for the limited purposes as expressly permitted in Section 10. Nothing in this Order prohibits the gathering of members of a household or living unit."

Item #5 - "All travel, including, but not limited to, travel on foot, bicycle, scooter, motorcycle, automobile, or public transit, except Essential Travel and Essential Activities as defined below in Section 10, is prohibited."

MARCH 14, 2020. Liberty Gymnastics emails all staff and customers notifying them that Liberty will "close our recreational and preschool gymnastics programs for seven (7) days - March 16 through March 23" due to Concord's Proclamation of Local Emergency.

MARCH 13, 2020. Liberty Gymnastics emails all staff and customers notifying them that "Liberty Gymnastics will remain open for now... Thus, Liberty Gymnastics would like to announce increased preventative measures to help limit (COVID-19) risk for all our Liberty families, staff, and loved ones."
