This class is an advanced level course for boys gymnastics. Boys will continue to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. Students will also learn to prepare for advanced skills in the next level ahead.

Pre-requisite: Must have completed Liberty's Boys 1 Recreational program or received permission from the instructor. Please call us at (925) 687-8009 if your child has previous experience in a gymnastics facility to schedule a skills evaluation..
