We regularly seek coaches for our preschool, recreational, and competitive team programs. All applicants must enjoy working with children of all ages and have a teamwork mindset to carry out our mission and philosophy of "Achieving Together."

Rec Coach

RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS COACH

Liberty Gymnastics is looking for fun, energetic, and enthusiastic coaches to create and nurture a love for the amazing sport of gymnastics. You will train and spot skills safely plus exercise creativity in motivating our gymnasts to pursue excellence and explore their full potential in this exciting, yet demanding, sport of gymnastics. Liberty’s ultimate goal is to give our athletes the memories and experiences that provide them a springboard to be successful in all they pursue in life.

Qualifications:

  • No previous formal education is required, however a desire to continue learning and growing is required

BOYS COMPETITIVE TEAM COACH

You will train and spot skills safely plus exercise creativity in motivating our gymnasts to pursue excellence and explore their full potential in this exciting, yet demanding, sport of competitive gymnastics. Liberty’s ultimate goal is to give our athletes the memories and experiences that provide them a springboard to be successful in all they pursue in life.

Details:

  • Part-time, with potential for Full-time (30-40 hours) after COVID-19 restrictions lift

  • Competitive hourly pay rates based on experience

  • Unique state-of-the-art training facility complete with television monitors, HD cameras, and iPad stations for video playback and instruction - allowing athletes the opportunity to view their turns for more efficient workouts.

  • Family-oriented training center with an ‘Achieving Together’ philosophy

  • Full-time hourly benefits:

    • Medical/Dental/Chiropractic/Vision

    • Simple IRA: Liberty matches up to 3% after 2-yr vesting period

    • Paid vacation and holidays

Qualifications:

  • 3 years experience coaching boys team, minimum

  • Detail-oriented and proficient in maintaining accurate records

  • Ability to establish and maintain good interpersonal relationships with parents, children, staff, and the community

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Basic computer skills and digital information management

  • Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications - Google Docs and Sheets

  • Effective and efficient project management skills, preferred but not required
