If you would like to try out a class and not register online, call the front office with the class day and time you would like to try out, and the front office will sign you up for a no obligation try out class. Come to class early to fill out a waiver form before entering class. If you choose to enroll after taking the try out class, stop by the front office after class to enroll and pay fees.
For New Enrollment, tuition is prorated based on the number of classes remaining in the current month. When you submit your registration online, the front office will post an invoice to your account within 72 hours and process the payment with the credit card information you supply during the registration process. If you are not 100% satisfied with your child's first class and do not want to continue, you can notify the front office at the end of class to drop the class and the front office will give a full refund of annual registration and tuition fees to your credit card.
Liberty Gymnastics does not offer make up classes. A student's regularly scheduled class gives a child familiarity and consistency that allows them to build confidence and have a better overall gymnastics experience.
Credits are given for missed classes due to illness or injury. Doctor's note required for credit.
If student wishes to drop a class, the student must drop prior to month end. If class is dropped after the first of the month there is no refund.
If you would like to sign up for a future month, you must wait until at most 6 days prior to the start date to enroll. Pre-enrollment more than 6 days ahead of your start date is not allowed.
